Cone winders pull from the outside and eliminate tension & tangling problems

New: Cone Winders

These easy to crank cone winders will hold a pound of yarn or more. After you've wound your your yarn from a skein, the cone lifts off the winder and is ready to unwind. It's the perfect tool for machine knitters and weavers.

This is not a center-pull ball winder. Center-pull balls are more prone to tangles, especially when working with fine and/or textured yarns.

The cone winder has a built-in adjustable clamp that will fit most table tops. Comes with 1 cone. Extra cones are available for $4.00/ea.

Try-It-On Tubing :: Check fit or use as a stich holder

Plastic tubing grips most sizes of hand knitting needles and allows you to slide live stitches off needles without risk of dropping and running. While knitting is in progress, you can check garment fit by spreading stitches across the tubing. Tubing may also be used as a stitch holder. When ready to knit again, stitches slide easily back onto the knitting needles. Tubing works with straight, circular, or double-pointed needles.  Available in 1 and 2-yard lengths and in two sizes: American-sized needles 1½ to 8 or 8 to 13.

Tubing for sized 8-13 needles is currently on backorder - Please check back in April.
